The Amazing Math Wizards
Introducing the Amazing Math Wizards, a duo made up of renowned harpist Wendy Kerner and professional educator and storyteller Monica Peterson. These artists take young students on an exciting musical journey through Story Land where they can explore math concepts tailored to the grade level.
For grades K-3, delve into counting, shapes, addition, multiplication, and place value. For grades 4 and 5, investigate adding and multiplying fractions, exponents, decimals and more advanced place value. Students even get to try the harp.
Math skills based on Common Core Standards are taught with music, stories, puppets and other fun props, and lots of audience participation. Parents will be thrilled that their children are learning while being entertained!
